Staff Salary Study

President Quintanilla and senior leadership are committed to improving salary levels for University faculty and staff.  Faculty salaries were reviewed last year.  We are now ready to begin the review of staff salaries.  We have engaged the professional services of Sibson Consulting to partner with Human Resources to conduct the study.  The goal is to evaluate the competitiveness and internal equity of current compensation levels for staff members and develop a plan to address gaps.

  • President’s Cabinet will serve as the project Advisory Committee.  A 13-member Steering Committee with representatives from all divisions and occupational categories has also been formed to provide input and assist with communication.
