Benefit changes can be made through July 31, 2014 for the new plan year starting September 1, 2014. Everyone should review IBenefits (Single Sign On) for updates on premium costs, credit for Wellness Exam and to make changes to insurance plans.
Please note that the Pay Flex Spending Accounts (Health Care and Depdent Day Care) option must be selected during Annuall Enrollment in order to have this benefit continue September 1st. You will also need to re-select the debit card option.
- The coinsurance, the portion the member pays for the A&M Care plan, is changing from 30% to 20%.
- Office visit copays will be included in the $5,000 out of pocket maximum.
- Wellness Exam Premium difference of $30 will be added to monthly payroll checks October 1, 2014 (for those who have A&M Care coverage prior to 09/01/2013) for those who have not had the wellness exam.
- Dependent Life Insurance cost will now depend on the dependent's age rather than the employee's age.
