FY 2016 Performance Management Process for Non-Faculty Employees

The deadline for the completion of annual performance reviews for staff has been extended to May 31, 2016.   In addition, HR has scheduled two additional training sessions (dates & times below).

FY 2016 Performance Management Process for Non-Faculty Employees

Documenting performance in Islander Jobs is required for all regular non-faculty employees at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Supervisors are strongly encouraged to take the TrainTraq on-line course 1003: Managing Employee Performance.

HR Update and Performance Management Training

The first 30 minutes of the each session will be dedicated to informing managers about several HR initiatives and anticipated changes that will impact our TAMUCC workforce.  These include the TAMUS Compensation & Classification project, anticipated changes to FLSA exemptions and Project Helios.  Please call x2630 to register.
