STAFF SALARY STUDY
President Quintanilla and senior leadership are committed to improving salary levels for University faculty and staff. Faculty salaries were reviewed last year. We are now ready to begin the review of staff salaries. We have engaged the professional services of Sibson Consulting to partner with Human Resources to conduct the study. The goal is to evaluate the competitiveness and internal equity of current compensation levels for staff members and develop a plan to address gaps.
Consultants from Sibson Consulting will be on campus January 22 to meet with various groups. Human Resources and Staff Council invite employees to attend either the Staff Council meeting or an Open Forum. Details below. FMI contact Debra.Cortinas@tamucc.edu
